Sources and verification

The rule

A claim is cross-verified only when two independent public sources agree. The Steam store and Steam API are one publisher, not two independent sources. Multiple posts by the same developer are also one originating source. Single-source claims are allowed with attribution and a check date. If sources disagree, both stay. If nobody has published a number, the page says it is unpublished. Search-volume estimates are not printed on the public pages.
