Who we are
This policy covers https://divinefrequency.app. The operator is the publisher of divinefrequency.app. Email [email protected]. The game studio, Abraxaes, is a separate controller for Steam.
What loads, and when
Four third parties can run on these pages. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4R59LB5FGK), Microsoft Clarity (project z538ihxx0j) and Adsterra (publisher 3403020, website 6159073) load by default on the first view, before you click anything. YouTube is different: the page shows a still image and only inserts a youtube-nocookie.com player after you press Play.
With no stored choice, the page requests the three services by default and shows Accept and Reject. Google advertising consent remains denied until you click Accept. Reject stores your refusal for 180 days and reloads the page to stop already running analytics, replay and advertising code. On that reload and later visits, none of those three service scripts is requested. Accept stores a grant for 180 days. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner. Global Privacy Control is treated as Reject.
Fonts are files we host ourselves. Steam and other outbound links are ordinary navigation; they do not load a third-party script here. We do not run Google AdSense, a tag manager, or any banner SDK other than the Adsterra units named below.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 requests gtag.js from www.googletagmanager.com and can send page-view events to www.google-analytics.com and regional google-analytics.com endpoints. It may use first-party _ga and _ga_4R59LB5FGK cookies. We explicitly disable Google Signals and advertising personalization in our tag configuration. Reject disables this measurement ID and prevents its loader on subsequent views.
Consent Mode v2 sets ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to denied, and analytics_storage to granted, before config. ads_data_redaction is enabled separately. Accept can update the three advertising signals to granted; Reject keeps them denied and stops our three vendor loaders. Vendor retention details are in the Google privacy policy; this site does not claim a property retention setting that has not been read back.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity project z538ihxx0j records interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page layout for heatmaps and session replay. Its loader is www.clarity.ms/tag/z538ihxx0j; collection and follow-up requests can use subdomains of clarity.ms and Microsoft endpoints. Clarity may use _clck, _clsk, CLID and MUID cookies. We do not describe replay as anonymous or guarantee that every field is masked.
The loader is created by our site script on the first view unless you have rejected or enabled Global Privacy Control. Reject sends a Clarity consent withdrawal and reloads without the loader. See the Microsoft privacy statement for vendor processing and retention.
Adsterra advertising
Adsterra (Adsterra Network Ltd.) fills two placements on this site: a Native Banner (unit 31978750, NativeBanner_1) inside the content, and a Social Bar (unit 31978751, SocialBar_1), the fixed strip at the bottom of the viewport. Our publisher id is 3403020 and the website id is 6159073. Adult ads are switched off at the website level.
Both configured placement loaders use bicea.org. Adsterra and its demand partners may receive your IP address, browser information and interaction data, set cookies or read device identifiers, and request creative content from additional advertising hosts. Google Consent Mode does not itself control Adsterra. Both loaders request on the first view by default; Reject reloads without them. See the Adsterra privacy policy and Your Online Choices for vendor information and opt-outs.
The local browser audit on 2026-10-29 also observed static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com as advertising-chain hosts. These requests happen by default too. Reject stops the configured advertising loaders and their subsequent page requests. Advertising partners can change, so this inventory is a dated observation, not an exhaustive promise about future creatives.
Pressing Reject, or sending Global Privacy Control, stops the two Adsterra scripts from being created on later page views. The Social Bar’s close button stores df_ads_closed so the strip stays closed until you clear site data or accept again.
YouTube
Video pages show a local thumbnail with a Play button. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you click it; the click inserts an iframe to youtube-nocookie.com, and the player may then set cookies and receive your IP address and playback data under Google’s policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). No YouTube script is present in the initial HTML. Reject does not remove a player you started yourself; reload the page to drop it.
Storage on your device
We set no first-party advertising cookie. Two localStorage keys belong to this site: df_consent holds your choice (granted or denied) and a timestamp, and is kept for 180 days, after which it is treated as missing (default-on again, with the banner). df_ads_closed holds “1” after you close the Adsterra Social Bar, and stays until you clear site data or press Accept again.
The third-party cookies named above are set by Google, Microsoft and Adsterra, not by us, and their lifetimes are the vendors’ own. Clearing site data for divinefrequency.app removes our two keys; use the vendors’ opt-outs for theirs.
Legal basis, retention, rights
These paragraphs describe the implemented defaults and controls. No stored choice is not presented as explicit consent. Mail you send us is used to answer requests and correct content. The mail service processes the sender address and message contents. We do not publish private correspondence without permission.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of mail we hold about you, and stop analytics or advertising by pressing Reject. Clearing site data removes the saved refusal and restores the default-on state. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to your local authority. Readers in the EEA or UK can use those rights with us directly.
Changes
We change this page in public and bump the date (2026-10-29 is the current one). The footer link is the notice.
Questions
Does divinefrequency.app use cookies?
Yes. Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_4R59LB5FGK, Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk, and Adsterra may set its own cookies when an ad renders. They load by default; Reject stops them and is remembered in localStorage key df_consent for 180 days.
How do I withdraw consent?
Use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject. The page saves the refusal for 180 days and reloads without GA4, Clarity and Adsterra. Global Privacy Control is also treated as Reject. Clearing site data removes your saved refusal.
Does YouTube load before I press Play?
No. The page shows a local thumbnail. The youtube-nocookie.com iframe is only created by your click, and YouTube’s policy applies from then on.
